Advisors
The Significance Foundation provides financial advisors the tools they need to better service their clients. To help your client establish a Donor-Advised Fund, they will need to complete the Application and Agreement and review the Donor-Advised Fund Guide and the Policies and Procedures. Your client should also complete a Permission to Share Information Form so that the Significance Foundation may provide you with regular updates concerning your client’s Donor-Advised Fund.
When clients are ready to recommend distributions to public charities, they will need to complete the Distribution Request Form. If your client has a change of address, they’ll need to complete the Change of Address Notification. Finally, if your client desires to update his or her Successor-Advisor(s), he or she should complete the Successor Advisor Form.
